Tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp. Sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 1/2 cups water&lt;br /&gt;2 bayleaf&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp. cinnamon-clove powder&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp. red chili powder&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp. cumin powder&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. butter&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tbsp. plain flour&lt;br /&gt;1 clove garlic&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Pressure cook the tomatoes till 2 whistles, Blend till smooth. Strain to remove seeds and peels.&lt;br /&gt;2.Heat butter in a pan, add the bay leaf, whole garlic and cook for a few seconds.&lt;br /&gt;3.Add tomato puree. Stir. Dissolve the flour in a little water till smooth.&lt;br /&gt;4.Add the flour paste, stirring continuously, bring to a boil. Add the seasoning, salt and sugar. Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup Chopped Spring onion&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup Chopped cabbage&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup Chopped carrot&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup Chopped capsicum&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup Chopped mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup Cauliflower&lt;br /&gt;A few bean sprouts&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 tbsp. Cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water&lt;br /&gt;Salt according to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Take four cups of water put Soya sauce, chili sauce, pepper powder, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
